Twins?

Recieved my second ultrasound (vaginally) was told i am measuring at 7 weeks, currently 7 weeks 4 days. Heartbeat was at 124. Had one done at 5 weeks but they could not detect heartbeat yet. Almost all of my family keeps asking if i am having twins. I have an appointment with an OB next week and i will ask her about it but i know the place i went to confirm pregnancy didnt really do much looking. Her looking at everything heartbeat and getting a pic, took her a total of 2 minutes and was done. My cousin who had triplets 2 years ago said they didnt find her other 2 until she was 4.5 months and twins are VERY common on my husbands side. I will be adding my first ultrasound pic as it looks similar to the top right of the second pic (possible twin?)
