3 months pp feel pregnant scare

Idk if I’m loosing my mind or not help I’m about 3 months pp I keep having all these symptoms returning feeling sick tried heartburn etc I feel like I’m just gaining weight and bloated all the time I haven’t had my period yet which can be normal for it not to return I know but I have had light brown spotting about 2 weeks ago and my boobs aren’t even going back to normal like they are just so heavy I’m also scared because I’ve been having like stabbing pains like my left breast anyways I took tests to make sure one already had a line on it but They look mostly negative but I keep thinking I see like a very faint line I think I’m crazy or something eils is wrong I have no clue but it’s stresses me out
