Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips or solutions? I have the worst time falling or staying asleep when I'm expecting. I got about 3 hours of sleep tonight before my body woke up 'ready' for the day...at 1am. I've been in bed in the dark and quiet for hours before I gave up and started waking up. I'm nearly 13W with pregnancy 7, baby 5 and this has happened every time. Today with my 4 littles is going to be rough!

I would try unisom, I would take half a tablet. I was taking it with my Zofran for my HG, but it is a sleep tablet and it helped me a lot when I would have nights where I couldn't stay asleep.

Pregnancy insomnia is a common issue for many expecting mothers. Some tips to help improve sleep include establishing a consistent bedtime routine, avoiding caffeine and large meals before bed, keeping the bedroom cool and dark, and practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation. It may also be helpful to talk to your healthcare provider about any safe sleep aids or medications that can be used during pregnancy. Remember to prioritize rest and take naps when possible to help manage fatigue during the day.
