It's common to experience cramping during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. As your body prepares for labor, you may feel more cramping and discomfort. However, if the cramping becomes severe or is accompanied by other symptoms such as bleeding or contractions, it's important to contact your healthcare provider.
Constant dull cramp at 36 weeks
I’m 36+5 today and I woke up with a dull cramp in my lower abdomen. It feels like a period cramp and won’t go away no matter how I turn. It’s definitely not a contraction and I don’t think it’s gas, is that normal?
