Hello everyone, I wanted to know if anybody knows if it is true vitamin c causes miscarriage?

You’d have to eat an entire orange tree in one sitting for this to be valid, the same can be said about garlic but that’s only if you eat an entire bulb. I take vitamin c daily in conjunction with my prenatal

In extremely large, almost overdosing levels, yes. Which you would only come from supplements, so if you ate a ton of oranges or drank a ton of orange juice… don’t worry. That is with anything though in extremely large amounts. You would also no doubt probably have kidney damage at that point.

That's absolutely not true. Too much vitamin a isn't good though.

When I was pregnant with one of my boys, I craved orange juice. I would drink like 2 gallons a week!
