2nd baby- hip and back pain is awful
I’m 37 weeks with my second which is measuring to already be bigger than older brother so I am not surprised I’m in so much pain. However wondering if anyone has advice on how to help with what I think is pelvic girdle pain? I’ve booked an appointment to see a prenatal chiropractor for Monday and im trying small exercises which do help relieve some of the pain- unfortunately it just comes back. It starts on my right hip and by night time my lower back joins in on the fun 😕
Im trying cold and warm compress- warm bathes - small walks - no waddling 😅- and resting but everything leads to the same thing at night 😫
