My 15 month old doesn’t like grass. He will cry if he’s put on it. Granted he’s never been on grass but what should I do?

It's common for babies to feel uncomfortable with new textures and sensations. You can try introducing him to grass gradually by placing a blanket or towel on top of it and letting him sit on it. You can also try bringing some of his favorite toys or snacks to distract him and make him feel more comfortable. With time and patience, he may learn to enjoy playing on the grass.

My daughter did too. Last year at this time she HATED grass at 1.5 years old. It only lasted last summer, she outgrew the phase by the fall. Now she’s obsessed with running around on grass lol

Every baby does this. My sister did as a baby too. Full on Mission Impossible pose trying to set her down 🤣 my two were the same way. We live on 60 acres and have loads of grass so like you're gonna have to get used to it. I think it's just a different texture and kinda freaks them out at first. We just kept trying and using calming voices. If all else failed we just laid down a small blanket and let them wander off into the grass at their own pace. Let them sit on a safe surface and explore at their own pace until comfortable touching and feeling it.
