I went for my first doc appt at 10 weeks yesterday. The ultrasound showed an empty sac and my hcg levels are only at 15,000 and progesterone at 5. We're going to do more blood tests next week, but it looks inevitable... My questions is should I try to pass this naturally (I only hesitate with this because of work) or try to schedule a D&C? I can handle it if it's just a heavy period like the doc says it should be but I've read that some can be worse. Any advice is much appreciated!
