Mask wearing and poor pregnancy outcomes?

For those who wore masks frequently throughout a pregnancy during the pandemic, did you have any poor outcomes with your pregnancy your baby? Was your baby born healthy and normal? I’m seeing studies now about carbon dioxide build up due to masks and how that can lead to some scary outcomes.

Where are these studies that you're seeing this? It's been scientifically proven that this is false.

You are not seeing legitimate studies about CO2 buildup with mask wearing because no such studies exist. Masks do not increase CO2 levels. It’s a conspiracy theory that has been throughly debunked. Surgeons wear masked for hours straight while performing very complex and delicate tasks. They could never do that without sufficient oxygen. And yes, I wore a mask throughout my pregnancy with no I’ll effects because again…it does not in any way impact oxygen levels.

I was pregnant during the height of COVID from may 2021-january 2022 and wore a mask every time i left the house and my baby girl is perfectly healthy.

The vast majority of masks will not result in a dangerous build of CO2. You would have to wear a very thick and tight mask for a long time to have an issue. Wearing a normal mask to the grocery store or doctors office is negligible. The studies I’m seeing do not suggest any danger.

Nope. Baby was fine. Never had any issues other than HG. Which obviously isn't caused by a mask.
