2 ectopics this year.giving up

Anybody else had this and conceived ok? I have had two ectopics one in each tube my geanocogist said try once more but she thinks it's be ectopic again and only hope is <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>! I have had no tests or anything it's hard cause we can't afford that
