So im 3 months in of TTC and still not pregnant should I be worried ?

So I’m 3 months in of ttc and nothing I’m only 27 so idk if it’s my weight, hormones Or absolutely nothing, never been pregnant or had any miscarriages etc my cycle comes like clockwork also so idk I just feel like everyone is pregnant but me and it’s discouraging I don’t wanna wait years . Doc appointment is the 13th of June .
