Intense baby fever!

My little girl is a year and 6 months I have horrible baby fever! Despite all the things I went through with my daughters dad. I don’t know what to do me and my boyfriend have only been together for 3-4 months. I’m not saying we are going to try I’m asking why this soon in our relationship can I non stop thinking about having another baby?
