Not Ovulating?

Question

I am tracking my ovulation with the help of opk. Today I m at CD 19 but still opk showing just 1 line at C.. on my last cycle on CD 14 I got my ovulation in the opk but this time it's too late..
What is happening idk. Pls if someone have any idea about this comment down & also @GLOWGPT pls help

Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo. You need to make sure your testing 2 times a day between 11am and 8pm till both lines are the same color or test line is darker then control. Whatever comes first is your positive. If you want more accuracy you need to add BBT to confirm ovulation to know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy
