Has anyone been through this? Cramps
I’ve been having trouble sleeping tonight because I’ve been having cramps shooting from my butt and it’s the most painful uncomfortable feeling ever! I finally got up at 3am to take an ibuprofen but as soon as I let the drink I was swallowing it down with touch my tongue, I got nauseous and vomited. Worst part is my cycle isn’t flowing yet!! I’ve been tossing and turning trying to sleep through it but it wasn’t happening. Has anyone been through this?? I’ve never experienced this b4.
