Insensitive Friend

I fell pregnant about a month ago and decided to terminate my pregnancy. It was a very hard/sad decision and yet ultimately the right one. My friend has been extremely insensitive about it, sharing with other people my business and publicly bringing it up while drunk.

I spent the night at her house after my abortion and was still bleeding (on a period but had already passed everything) and she had the audacity to message me the next day saying “is this your baby?” with a photo of a bloody small ball that resembled a fruit pit. I was absolutely shocked, mortified, embarrassed, and disgusted. I suggested maybe it was from her cat as again, I’m not just sitting there free bleeding on her floor….She then a week later while drunk, told me she sent the photo to her mom and her mom ALSO believes that this is from me lol. I don’t even know how to address this with her but I find it insanely insensitive and absurd.
