Scar tissue build up!

So I have had c sections back to back! I had my first son May of 2021, our second son April of 2022 & am now due to have our first daughter come November of 2023! Have any of you other mamas who’ve had back to back c sections had an issue with terrible scar tissue build up? I’m 16 weeks pregnant with little girl and still cannot feel movements! (Yes baby is alive and perfectly Healthy! Just had an ultrasound done yesterday & have a home Doppler as well) I’m wondering if any other mamas have delt with this and around what gestation did they finally feel their baby’s movements!
