Help!! Taken tablets wrong

So unfortunately I found out my ex boyfriend was cheating on me our whole relationship so I decided to do a STI test. It came back as positive for chlamydia. I got the tablets that you take for 3 days. I took the first 2 and then couldn’t find the other tablet till 3 days later. I took it then but I’m worried that because I’ve taken them late it hasn’t got rid of the infection. I’ve ordered another kit just to be sure but I’m so stressed 🥹🥹 can anyone advise? Thankyou
