Trying for baby #2!

Dianna

I’m new here so I hope this post is welcome! I have a 3 year old and my husband and I have decided to start trying for our second (and last) child. Since I’ve had my son, my cycle changed from before I got pregnant with him. I’m concerned that may impact chances this time around.

My cycle length is average 26 days and my luteal phase is 12 days on average. Does this have any impact at all on my chances of conceiving and sticking? I don’t plan on using ovulation strips as of right now because I always know when I’m close to ovulation (cramps or one-sided pain, CM, etc). I’ve only had the one pregnancy and we conceived on the second try.

I don’t have friends or family to really discuss this with so apologies if these are silly questions!
