RANT: I work in a HOSTILE enviorment w the most DITZY AND DENSE PEOPLE. And its making me look like im stealing from job!!!🤬

So, I work at a loan company. So I handle cash throughout the day. Which I have done in several of my jobs throughout life. So at the end of the day we count the drawer and make sure all the cash is correct. So we used to have two people taking payments, but there was so much confusion in payments being put wrong that now I’m the only one on it. Which I do like so if there is a mistake, at least it’s on me and I’m able to find the problem.

That is how it’s supposed to be, but we still have people in the office that take payments, which they’re not supposed to. Which, at first I didn’t mind the help, but when you can’t do simple math, and it makes the drawer short at the end of the day it’s a problem. It’s become such a problem I addressed my supervisor last Tuesday. The drawer was short $100, the day. My manager was putting money in the drawer and taking payments. Every time she gets in my drawer it’s wrong, but if it’s just me which it is 90% of the week it is always RIGHT. I listen to her lie to my supervisor saying something is “WRONG” and not “ADDING UP” I told her I’d be more than happy to go back through the receipts(although I already did that day) she ignored me and walked past me and didn’t acknowledge my effort of me offering to show proof my payments were right as well as staying an extra 30 mins to do so. I then asked again “did you want to do that?” She said “you can figure that out, I’m not dealing w that *EYE ROLL* That made me feel like I was being accused of STEALING.

So last week the drawers showed $1700 short exactly. And I thought that was weird because it wasn’t an even number. I spent an extra 30 minutes at work trying to figure out the problem, when I went to my manager she said “you need to figure it out I don’t have time for this, why is the drawer always wrong?!” Come to find out she took a payment and didn’t tell me she did, and never gave me the cash. I literally stood there in disbelief.

Again, today the guy in the office took a payment and did not tell me. Their suppose to put hand written receipts in my drawer so I know. And we have never had this issue.. I spent an extra hour and 45 minutes at work. Trying to figure out the issue. He didn’t apologize or say anything I was supposed to have been clocked out already. It’s so hard to find a mistake which you know you did not make!! I LITERALLY FEEL LIKE THEIR

F//KING W ME IN OFFICE.

Today a guy made a joke about how I took a loan for him and he was like I owe you one so whenever you need help, let me know. My rude manager then said “that’s her job. That’s what she gets paid to do.” But we were just kidding around, but that was very rude 

Luckily, for me, I got a new job at the bank which I go to every day to get the deposit for my job. They recruited me there, so I can’t wait to see the look on their faces when they see that I worked there now. I was going to be respectful and give her two week notice but now I don’t think I will. But I do have to continue working at my current job bc the other job doesn’t start til July and I cannot wait!!
