Which temp should I use?
I normally measure at 630am but I woke up at 450am and had to pee really bad so took my temp knowing I would be up walking around etc. It came in super low compared to my follicular phase average which is around 97.5 then I ended up laying in bed awake for a while because my husband was snoring then eventually fell back asleep. Woke up at my normal 630 after an intense robbery dream & measured high at 97.85. Which one should I keep? I’m on CD15 and haven’t ovulated yet so this is a crucial time to get accurate temps 🥴
