absolutely not. honestly it depends on the person but i feel like the later part of ones teens/early 20s is probably the best time. you've had time to mature emotionally and mentally and you can make better more sound decisions. that being said, it's your own choice when you have sex for the first time and if you wanna wait longer or you wanna have sex at like 16, that's valid. i just recommend minors being very careful
