One ovary and tube

Kinda been nervous found out I'm pregnant earlier this week with baby #1 about a year and a half ago I had to get my left ovary and tube removed due to ovarian torsion. Wondering if anyone on here has been pregnant with only one and was there any complications? It's always something I've worried about since I had it removed.
