Why are bigger babies expected to be easier to push?

I had two smaller babies and my third baby is estimated big! 
Midwife said bigger babies are easier to push! How comes ?

I've never heard of this, it certainly wasn't true for me. My third was my biggest, 9.5lbs, and he was the hardest to push and he got a little stuck because on top of his size his chest circumference was larger than that of his head.

I’ve never heard that. I don’t think size plays too much of a role. 
Your body’s readiness and baby’s position are big factors for pushing. 
My 2lb 9oz baby flew out in one and a half pushes. 
My 4lb 11oz baby took awhile but my body wasn’t ready and the doctor wanted me to “push through to a 10”. 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

I never heard that but I guess it’s different for everyone 🤷‍♀️ My oldest was tiny (3 pounds 6 ounces) and she glide on out. Didn’t have to push hard and only pushed three times. My youngest was bigger (6 pounds 1 ounces) and I pushed about 5-6 times. I got a little tear from pushing.
