A coworker came in today specifically to check on me bc she said that she was fully asleep and saw me standing next to her bed last night. She said it’s never happened before and it scared her so she drove here just to check on me bc she was worried. Does anyone know what it means?

Thats kind of spooky 😂 honestly sounds like a Hypnagogic hallucination! They are actually really common and occur when your body is almost asleep or in the night as your sleep is cycling (did you know the average person wakes 8-11 times a night?) it can cause us to see things in our bedrooms, but usually people don't remember them as they quickly fall asleep. Your friend was spooked though causing her to wake fully, therefore remembering. Its likely she was just thinking about you before falling asleep. I've had one before that was also kind of spooky where I thought my door was wide open, so I freaked out and woke up and it was closed. Definitely jarring until you learn about Hypnagogic hallucinations!
