I’m desperate and I don’t know what else to do. I’ve been struggling with supply issues; power pumping, taking fenugreek, lactation cookies etc and I was finally getting my supply up to 14 oz/day. I had a good day yesterday pumping but by the night time my right breast for some reason stopped draining milk. I did have a cracked nipple and thrush which I was treating. I’ve tried massages, warm compress, vibration but my breast is still hard. Before when I would hand express I would see milk come from different areas of my nipple but now it’s different. I tried to reach out to my LC but haven’t heard back. I feel like I’m going to go back to square one with my supply issues. Any suggestions?
