What kind?

What's the best prenatal? One that has the folic acid (some dont)?

Last pregnancy I used the knock off Dollar General kind and it never made me sick, but I miscarried. I'm sure there's no correlation, just me being paranoid, but I want to start fresh and with a new kind.

Suggestions please.

I just started using a prenatal vitamin called Prenatal Pro by Designs for Health while my husband and I TTC. I was recommended this brand by a doctor and ordered it through Amazon. Pricey but my mother always talked about some drugstore vitamins that aren't properly absorbed into the body so I wanted to feel secure.

I googled top prenatal vitamins and researched that way. MegaFood Baby and Me is what I chose, it hasn't made me sick or anything but I warn you the pills are big!

Folic acid is important..  As long as it has that,  I'm not sure it matters.

If you are worried about the folic acid, my prenatals have folic in them but I also take folic acid pills too, they are small and easy to take, and bubs is growing like crazy!
