I downloaded the couch to 5k running app and started doing simple yoga from YouTube. I run on mondays, Wednesdays, and fridays following the app’s instructions (nothing crazy or to hard). I started in January and I’ve lost over 20 pounds.
Trying to get in shape.
Commenting good combo workouts and healthy recipes to try is free. I would rather have the good advice then the gifts.
