Braxton hick everyday early labor ??

So long short I am high risk and this is my third baby . I been having Braxton hick (contractions) everyday since 22 weeks and now I’m 25 weeks . I was just curious has anyone experienced Braxton hick everyday and went into early preterm labor? If yes how long did you have them everyday and how long it took for you go into labor? We’re the day more uncomfortable as it got close to labor or it was the same .

Also my doctor has Monitor me and they were concern at first since it was showing contraction frequently and I was uncomfortable but no dilation happened so due to my other two kids i asked to be send home .They also informed me I’m at higher risk for preterm labor . So I just want other people story just to try to mentally prepare and see if I should be more on watchout for the early labor and when I should pack bag.

Any input would really help a mom out .
