Husband makes me feel guilty

Aught every little bug floating around. I have an 18 month old as well. Every time I get sick my husband makes me feel guilty. Saying I don't sleep enough, eat well enough ect. Hello I have a toddler and I'm pregnant. I'm seriously not even going to tell him I'm not well anymore. Why would he do such a thing to make me feel crappy on top of being sick?!
