Any advice for migraines?

I had the worst migraine ever all day yesterday and woke up this morning with head STILL pounding. I can't get rid of it since I'm not taking any medicine. I've tried ice packs, hot bath & shower, hubby has rubbed my head/shoulders and it still won't go away.

Any secrets for pregnant headaches? :(

Sometimes cold blue Powerade helps for me, sounds crazy but it does work

Cold compresses are better for migraines. Apply them where the pain is the worst. You can also sit with your hands and feet in warm water. I had to stop my topamax when we started ttc. I have chronic migraines and these were some of the suggestions I got from my neurologist.

I drank some soda and had sex lol. Between the endorphins and caffeine it's helped all 3 of not pregnancy migraines!

I get chronic migraines too.luckily I don't get as many when pregnant. Try some yoga for the upper body. During pregnancy most of mine are tension related and this really seems to help. Good luck!

I had to get Rx from Dr!! Tylenol, bathes, massages were all a joke. Just call you dr and see if they can call it in for you. Hope you feel better beauty!! ☺️

As well as what was mentioned, try either peppermint oil or Vicks on your temples and forehead. Although it doesn't take my migraine away it does dull the pain for awhile. Also have you ever been to the chiropractor? If I don't go at least once a month my neck gets out of whack and can make my already chronic migraines much worse.
