For my girls who are constipated
Hey girls if your like me and you take your prenatal every single day I’m sure your finding yourself constipated which is very common when taking prenatal or iron whatever it may be….eat Brussels sprouts 🤣 I swear it might leave you gassy but it is the only thing that’s helped me with my bowel movements. Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and spinach. They are all so rich in fiber. If you can’t get past the taste with Brussels sprouts cause I know it’s not a favorite lol I get steamable ones and butter them up as soon as they’re done and I add some garlic powder salt and pepper. Just thought I’d leave this advice here for anyone who needs it!
