HELP!! IM FREAKING OUT!!

I had sex on 6/19 (on a fertile day) and ovulated 3 days after. He used the pull out method and didn’t come in me. The symptoms I’ve been having was nausea (which went away 2 days ago) sore boobs, back aches and been having a lot of bowel movements throughout the day (however usually I get constipated before my period comes which is weird) and cramps here and there. Do you think AF might be coming because I’m not ready for a child yet. Please don’t bash me, I know I should’ve been more careful.
