1st IUI cancelled 😔

June was going to be my first IUI with 2.5 mg Letrozole CD 3-7 and trigger shot. I do ovulate each month but due to 23 months of no positive pregnancy tests IUI is my first route . I usually ovulate between CD 12-14 with a positive opk around CD 10-12. I went in for an ultrasound CD10 that revealed 2 follicles in my left ovary measuring 1.9 & 2.1 cm but only 6mm endo lining thickness. we assumed I would get a positive opk shortly after that and would trigger within the next day or two but I never got a positive opk and my bloodwork levels were low and nowhere near ovulation all week (they rose slightly over the week but did not come close to ovulation numbers) ., so I did have a progesterone test Friday on CD 21 and it was very low ( I ended up starting my period the next day) . The next route is upping my letrozole to 5mg and trying again . I had fertile CM ONLY on day 6/7 after my period and dry the rest of the cycle and the only thing I can think of is I possible ovulated EXTREMELY early ? Has this happened to anyone before ? My period also came a week early on CD 22 which has never ever happened , I am a regular 27/29 day cycle. Hoping for any input ❤️
