Prenatal vitamin question?

Please no rude comments! I can’t take prenatal vitamins ￼without getting sick. But is it true that you won’t have a good milk supply if you don’t take prenatal vitamins? That’s what i heard and didn’t know if it was true.

No. 
Prenatal vitamins isn’t for milk production. It’s a multivitamin that has specific vitamins to ensure baby grows healthy. 
While it is important to continue taking your prenatal through your whole breastfeeding journey, it is not because of milk production. It is because your body needs to be making proper nutrients to send to your baby through your milk. 
Milk doesn’t come in until 3-7 days after birth. The best thing to do for milk production is latch latch latch. The more you express, the more you make. 
Definitely look into trying a gummy prenatal during pregnancy as proper nutrients is important. You can switch back to the pills after birth.
I highly recommend you take a breastfeeding course or two.
