Blood clots

Need advice. A few months ago I got blood clots on my lungs and doctors think it was from the pill (I had only been taking for a few months as I’m not really into hormonal birth control) I was then out on blood thinners which I’ve now finished but we want to try to have a baby and doctors say I need to have blood thinning injections through my whole pregnancy. I really don’t want to do that. I wanted as natural in a pregnancy as possible. Wasn’t even sure I wanted to give birth in hospital. Has anyone experienced anything like this/ any thoughts?
