Boys suck

So I really like this guy. I have since 4th grade (10th now) and I finally just spilled my heart out to him last night. He then told me he was planning on dating this other girl. It made me cry for hours! And then he wanted to stay up and talk to me. We were up until 5:45 and I just can't get out of bed. I feel so heart broken. I'm not hungry and I just feel like crying. How do I just finally tell myself to get over him?
