Hi I am 4 days late of my periods but today o had severe back pain and stomach cramp and last night had heavy head pain. Today I saw brown spotting or like discharge while wiped through tissue . I am trying to get pregnant . Is this a sign of getting my period late ? Or pregnancy can any one pls tell me I am having severe upper and lower back pain with light brown discharge
