Weird feeling post-placement

I got my Kyleena placed Thursday (6 days ago).

Randomly & at random times- I feel like there is a dry tampon in there. It just feels like vagina is really dry (I’m also 8 weeks postpartum) I only notice/feel that way when I think about it so idk if it’s in my mind or what. I only cramped and spotted the first 24 hours.

I’m just looking to see if anyone has had a similar sensation? And basically looking for someone to say it’s normal and went away lol
