My Bub always crying and not drink enough formula

Hello, 
 My baby 5month old. When we go outside this weekends with baby while she not taking enough formula and she crying a lot. We try to her sleep, feed when crying but she not stop and we come back home. Even we choose some good places as well like park, our parents house etc but still she cry... Is any idea to baby comfort outside?

Some are just too overwhelmed with going out. My first always barely ate when we were out of the house. Too much stuff was happening around her. 
Its gotten better with the years,but she usually still eats less when out which is btw totally normal. 
I would go out less and/or shorten visits.
It might be easier when you can give real food instead of milk. That helped here.
