Rejected my bosses Instagram friend request

Okay so my boss added me to instagram and I clicked decline to the friend request but it keeps popping up again later. Does that mean she has

requested to follow me again? If so it’s happened like 5 times and I keep hitting decline and it’s getting awkward like wtf. I do have some work friends on Instagram and our boss does follow pretty much everyone but quite frankly I hate my boss and I’ve heard her use private instagram posts against other employees. For example she commented that another girl has time to post photos of her dog but can’t maintain a professional account (which is not something our field of work requires she just likes the free advertising) I’m not going to bring it up but it’s just so awkward especially if she is just requesting over and over. Maybe she doesn’t realize I’ve declined.
