Possible signs of pregnancy?

My husband and I started trying for a baby. I never have been on birth control and Im 31 years old. We had sex a a couple times during my week leading up to ovulation including the day right before.

Its been about a week. My husband has mentioned noticing Im more tired than normal. (Today specifically) Today I napped for 2 hours and had a pretty detailed dream surrounding the idea of trying to get pregnant. Today I also have noticed my nipples are extremely sensitive. I don't usually suffer from painful breasts.

I feel like its so early if I did get pregnant but I also have no idea how soon you can have symptoms. I know its too soon to take a test. So I plan on waiting till just before my period to try and take one. I also am considering my brain is making this stuff up because I want to get pregnant and convincing myself that cause I don't want to be disappointed if it is negative.

Is it possible to have symptoms this soon?
