Both tubes blocked. Hubby shooting blank. Where do I look for help!?😩

So to get to the point here of my crazy situation:

I was being seen by a fertility doctor in Mexico. Where we found out that I have both my tubes blocked and my husband sperm is at ZERO. 💔 The doctor over there said our only option is surgery and ivf…. Now a lot of things weren’t adding up plus we were becoming broke with money because everything was coming out of pocket💸

So now we are stuck with those results and im trying to look for help here in the United States but it’s not as easy as I thought. Where I live there isn’t a fertility doctor ( the closest is about 3 hours away). So here’s the thing I’m trying to get another HSG don’t to really see if my tubes are blocked ( the doctor in Mexico was also hesitant about my results) and would like my husband to get his sperm retested. I’m looking on this app this a lot of you girls got the surgery done and insurance paid for it?

Can you please specify what did you do so insurance can cover it? And what insurance do you have?

Btw: I live in California.
