How do you calm your baby down when they're having a party in your belly at bedtime?

Hello fellow mamas! Does anyone else have a little night owl in the womb? My baby seems to have the most energy right when I'm trying to sleep! Any tips on calming them down so I can get some rest? Let's support each other through this sleepless, but beautiful, stage of pregnancy!

Try laying down a while before you actually need to sleep, to give them some time to wake up and then calm down again.

I don’t think there is really much we can do lol our movement during the day lulls them to sleep and when we stay still at night they wake up 😅 you can try limiting sugar/eating close to bed but personally then I starve lol
