What are your favorite postpartum recovery essentials?

Hey ladies! As I'm getting ready to welcome my little one into the world, I'm curious to know what products or items were absolute must-haves during your postpartum recovery. Share your favorites with me!

Things that helped me the most were: 
-Gel ice packs (reusable off Amazon) to put in underwear to reduce swelling
-Numbing spray + peri bottle 
-Adult diapers / urine leak pads for bleeding 
-Sitz bath mix 
-Cushion to sit on in the car for the first few weeks (I was very sore and sitting was painful)
-Nipple cream 
-Electrolyte mix, coconut water, and lots of high protein snacks for breastfeeding 
-Stash of frozen meals and breakfast food I made and stored ahead of delivery—easy stuff like pancakes, French toast, egg bites, lasagna, casseroles
It’s a tough period so a support system is huge to help with your mental and emotional well-being! Welcome to motherhood, it’s hard but amazing!
