16 days late - no periods - negative test

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out in a thread about late periods to provide an update on my situation. Previously, I posted about having a moment of spontaneity with my partner, where we had unprotected sex while relying on the pull-out method (I'm aware it's not the most reliable). Additionally, I had taken emergency contraception twice, approximately a week before that incident.

Now, I am currently around 16 days late with no signs of menstruation. Normally, I have a very regular cycle, so this delay has me worried. A week ago, I took a pregnancy test, which came back negative. I did experience a small amount of brown discharge on that day, but since then, there haven't been any other signs.

I'm feeling quite anxious about this situation and would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar. At the moment, I'm traveling and don't have access to my regular doctor, so any help or advice would be invaluable.
