TMI- possible dairy intolerance?? Blood in poop?

i am breastfeeding my 2.5 week old..

Is this blood in babies diaper?? She has been having watery-mucus poops and this is the first one with what is maybe blood? She will poop a normal looking poop then have this… she poops so much.

With my son I cut out dairy and soy. Wondering if I’ll be doing the same with this babe. We were up alllll night last night she was acting like her tummy hurt.. tightening her whole body up curling into a ball. I feel terrible.
