Loosing my mind

So I came off the pill on the 12th of June.. got my bleed the 17th- 23rd of June… since then iv no idea when iv ovulated and dunno when I’ll get my period as they have always been irregular .. took a clear blue 6day early test as iv just had some weird watery CM which I thought was af but wasn’t.. been getting cramps, back pain, nausea, cravings, bad taste in my mouth/ dry mouth and the test came back negative… wtf is going on 😮‍💨 and yes I ripped open the test to make sure I wasn’t wrong 🙄
