Just need people's opinions please..

But no seriously, I just need some people's views, I've never done anything with a man, so I can't say I've contracted it. But when ever I go to the toilet, I smell... And it's soo off putting! Like I hate smells as it is so when I go loo, I'm like God sake! It kinda smells fishy and I'm consious of every little thing (😔) but what does this mean? I rarely get discharge, and I have PCOS? Is this connected? I've not had a period since end of July!!🤔 ( oh the joys!) should I go to my doctor? Or my nurse and talk to them about it? (But I find its so embarrassing - but if I don't sort it out soon, I don't want it to affect anything else.) Or are there some home remedies I can take?? I'd like to know what you guys think I should do.
