Seven years ago, i went into emergency surgery to have my appendix removed. During the surgery the surgeon noticed my fallopian tube was slightly pink. Without approval he removed it. Later learning I was pregnant and the embryo was partially in my fallopian tube. Issue now is we haven’t been able to conceive since. Ive had several tests done and nothing is preventing the chance of pregnancy but I need to lose some weight. Every month when I find out I don’t conceive is getting depressing. What can we do to help the chances to conceive?
