Protein in 24hr urine?!

Hello all!
I am wondering has anyone experienced elevated BP with protein present in their urine and it turn out to be preeclampsia? My blood pressure has been slightly elevated my last few appointments so my OB had me do a 24hr urine sample. I received my test results back and they were 387 with the word high next to the number. My OB office hasn’t called me (saw results today online) so I’m assuming maybe it isn’t too concerning…I have an appointment next Tuesday. She did mention preeclampsia, but again I would assume they would have called if she was concerned?!?! Im currently 30 weeks.

That’s mine too. I didn’t have a 24 hr urine done I was 38 weeks and 6 days but my Bp was elevated slightly and a office urine test showed protein so I was sent to the hospital and after looking again they decided I’d have a c section same day.

It could be preeclampsia unless you have an UTI which also raises protein in the urine.

That’s how my pre-e was diagnosed in my last pregnancy. 24hr urine was supposed to be capped at like 275 and mine came back at 817 and my BP’s kept fluctuating so I was diagnosed with pre-e and induced.
